Starting tomorrow, July 1, 2009- You can no longer drive in Hawaii while holding your cell phone. You can use a bluetooth headset, or some type of speaker phone.

“Sec. 15-24. Mobile electronic devices.
~ No person shall operate a motor vehicle while using a mobile electronic device.
